WILLOW PROPERTIES AFTERHOURS EMERGENCY PROCEDURES

1.)     Definition of an emergency?

An emergency is an urgent, sudden, and serious event or an unforeseen change in circumstances that necessitates immediate action to remedy harm or avert imminent danger to life, health, or property.

The basic definition of emergency is Fire, Flood or Blood.

2.)     Once you figure out you have a true emergency, call our office at 253-581-5199, listen to the message and follow the directions.  Once you call the emergency line, please make sure you leave a detailed message if no-one answers the emergency line.  This number is not given out directly because who answers the call depends on who it is forwarded too.  Please also make sure that the phone number you leave accepts blocked numbers because the person who is calling you back will be calling from a blocked number.

3.)      Please keep in mind that if you call the emergency phone and it is not an actual emergency there will be a $100 charge for calling.

4.).    If you determine it’s not an emergency, please follow the regular maintenance routine by putting in a work order thru the website at www.willowproperties.com under the HOA/CONDO Services tab.
